24-hour car rental service, and the car was in good condition. Drawbacks: The car rental deposit from the company takes two months to be refunded; although the company confirmed free shuttle service between terminals before the rental, this service was not provided.

Only after arriving in Dubai did I realize that the website required a Visa single-branded card to pick up the car. I only had a dual-branded card with UnionPay, but thankfully, the store didn't make a fuss and handed over the car without any issues.

Great, convenient, and fast

I went to the service desk at Terminal 1, but they helped me with the car pickup even though it should have been Terminal 2. It was a pleasant experience!

The pickup process was very slow. Despite booking well in advance, my family and I had to wait for almost an hour early in the morning.

Since Budget has stores in multiple terminals, the pickup point initially marked by QEEQ had some contradictory information. However, after contacting customer service, it was improved.

The car rental company was great. I arrived early at 2 AM, and someone was there to assist me without any additional charges. Thumbs up!

Since the payment was made directly by credit card, contacting QEEQ customer service was difficult as it was midnight. The online customer service said that the deposit covered the insurance, which felt odd. In the end, it was still unclear what the situation was. The service speed was quite fast, and the car pick-up and return processes were not very complicated. After getting the car, there was a 15-minute window to exit the parking, otherwise, a parking fee would be charged.
