CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR AT BANGKOK SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT, BKK

Like: Easy pick up and drop-off. Right at the terminal door.
Dislike: Car was a bit old with lots of small damage. Mechanically sound but not the best condition.

Customer service handling was mediocre. There was no contingency plan for unexpected events like vehicle inoperability after an accident. Essentially, customers had to resolve issues on their own.

Like: Just return from my trip to Bangkok, i decided to rent a car and drivi g to Hua Hin. A nice, clean car with a good air con and entertainment. Easy to pickup and easy to dropoff at Suvarnabhumi airport with a easy to understand instructions.
Dislike: I just think that the car i got (toyota vios A/T) is consumtive on gas, meanwhile in my country (indonesia) vios is one of the most gas saver car.

Quick pick-up... Thorough inspection during return, closely checking the car inside and out... Fortunately, there were no damages... After completing the handover, I gave a small tip... The staff was very happy and even helped with the luggage... (My mistake, I should have given the tip earlier, haha... Everyone would have been happier~). The car was quite new with 7000 km mileage... I drove about 800 km... Performance, air conditioning, cleanliness, everything was great~~ Well-maintained~~~~

Rented a car to Kanchanaburi. The service was really good, and the car pick-up time was only about 10 minutes - super fast!

Not sure if there are any wrongful charges at the moment, so no comment for now.

The car was very clean, a new vehicle with 14,000 kilometers, and the return process was very fast.

The main issue was that it was hard to find a gas station when returning the car, and the drop-off location was under an overpass, making it difficult to get there

First of all, I booked a Toyota model. Upon arriving at the airport, they said due to a shortage of cars, they gave me a Nissan model. If I didn't want it, they would refund me, and the staff's attitude was not very friendly. Maybe because it was early in the morning when I picked up the car. Moreover, the car's exterior was dirty and had multiple scratches and dents. Additionally, the car had mechanical issues. It would stall when driving at very low speeds (it's an automatic car). When I returned the car, I waited for a very long time. I almost missed my flight home. Besides, they gave me the wrong receipt, someone else's. The signature was placed on a copy they initially gave me. Overall, I do not recommend this company's cars for other self-driving travelers.
