I've always used this company for overseas rentals, but the deposit of over ten thousand RMB is a bit much.

The car was in terrible condition, making very loud noises like it was about to fall apart, and it wasn't even clean. The body was covered in collision marks and scratches. The windows were dirty, and we spent 30 yuan to have it cleaned ourselves. The fuel cap wouldn't open despite numerous attempts at unlocking it, it seemed to rely on luck. Both doors were hard to open, and the right one couldn't open at all. A very bad experience. Also, we had to wait an hour past the scheduled time to get the car at Fez.

The vehicle was damaged, and they promised to refund the rental fee but didn't do so after I returned home.

Very satisfied, both pickup and drop-off were convenient and easy to locate. The vehicle provided was exactly what I had reserved. During drop-off, staff were waiting in the parking area.

The working hours are very short and they charged me fees randomly. I don't even know why this money was deducted.

This time I chose Europcar and picked a small car. The car rental service was excellent; they helped arrange our luggage.

The elderly gentleman at the airport office was efficient, and the parking lot staff were very friendly.
