The waiting time was too long with various system issues.

Pick-up and drop-off are extremely convenient. The daily rental rate for the same model is 30% more expensive than in Cape Town.

When we arrived at the store, they told us to go to Europcar, saying it was one company. They didn't have a pickup truck and then claimed there were no four-seaters, even though the website clearly stated there were four-seaters available. Eventually, they downgraded us to a Toyota Avanza wagon. Nothing was reliable, and their partner was quirky.

Europcar rental company is average. It's a big company with average service. After completing the formalities, they just hand you the key and you find the car yourself. But the car condition is good, very new and well-maintained. They are quite enthusiastic when you return the car.

They said their system couldn't find my order record, so I had to place a new order on the spot. It took almost two hours in total.

It was not the model I booked. I remember the price was over 200 RMB per day when I made the reservation, but it ended up being 760 Rand per day.

Like: Hyundi H1 was reasonable - good size for 4 adults and 3 children
Dislike: Hündin H1 developed some faults including one door not opening.
