Very satisfied

Like: We rented a car for a trip to Canada. Car was clean and the price was good. They were out of the car we reserved, so they upgraded us at no charge. Nice surprise!

Had to wait over 20 minutes for the car, they charged $50 for fuel but refueling before return was not required

The service attitude was good, the procedures were simple, and the vehicle was in normal condition. There were many renters, and the queue time was long. We arrived about an hour later than our scheduled pickup time, and the reserved car was no longer available. They didn't tell us at first and asked us to wait for 20 minutes. After waiting for half an hour and inquiring multiple times, they finally informed us of the situation. This delayed our trip. If we had known earlier, we could have changed the car model sooner. We were dissatisfied with the return billing method. We only used the car for one day and didn’t drive much. To save trouble, we didn't fill up the tank and planned to be billed by mileage for the fuel. However, Hertz estimated based on the tank usage. The tank wasn’t full when we picked up the car, and we ended up paying more. We believe that billing by mileage would be fairer.

Short waiting time, friendly service, but they tricked us into prepaying for gas.

The wait time was ridiculous, however I was given complimentary fuel at the end of it so....

Both cars had damaged windows, but they were quickly replaced. It seems like the first car already had the damage when we received it, as there were marks on the glass.

The pickup and return process is quite simple
