On February 22nd, I accidentally left my camera in the car when leaving Melbourne Airport. I contacted the rental company through Zuzuche and they reported that they were unable to reach the rental company. Despite multiple suggestions to try other contact methods, Zuzuche's customer service was rigid and handled the situation poorly, causing us to miss the best time to recover the camera. After five days, on February 27th, they informed us that the rental company staff were on vacation, hence the delayed response, and they claimed they found nothing. I am very dissatisfied with this; Zuzuche is unreliable in critical situations.
The Hertz at Avalon Airport is very easy to find, it's the first one you see when you exit. However, the service is not impressive. Usually, there is no one around, and it took a lot of effort to find someone. When I finally did, he told me that it wasn't his working hours and he was just there to pick up his stuff. Besides the scheduled pick-up time, there's no one there, even for returns. You just leave the keys on the counter. Whether there is someone or not isn't the issue; the problem is that the car handover requires someone to inspect it. Otherwise, any future scratches or damages are hard to clarify. A week has passed, and I still haven't received my deposit or receipt.
Dislike: When i received the booking confirmation, I was confused by the address (avalon airport in Victoria) as it didn't say Victoria at all. I was very concerned that I had booked at some other avalon airport in the world. The only way i could check that i had the right place, was to google avalon airport Victoria, and it said it was in Beach Road, so i presumed that i had the right place after all.

Booked a Nissan Qashqai online, but got a free upgrade to a Kia Sorento at the pick-up location. Although we are only two people, so we didn't need the extra space. The car was very clean and in great condition.
