The staff at Rome airport has limited English proficiency; 2. Insufficient information on pickup and return locations; 3. The vehicle had over 110,000 km and was covered in scratches. Other: 1. Confusing deposit policy, as it was claimed to be canceled without using a credit card; 2. Cross-city return fee and additional driver fee are somewhat expensive.
