They refused to let me pick up the car, saying my documents were invalid. However, the same documents were accepted by the company next door, and in France as well. When I mentioned this, they were even less willing to accommodate me, saying this is Italy. But the problem is, the neighboring Italian Avis accepted the same documents.

The whole process was smooth, but the rental efficiency was a bit low. Returning the car was very quick.

The car model I wanted was not available. The car provided had nearly 80,000 kilometers on it. The fuel gauge did not show full even after refueling in the return area, always missing one bar. It felt like the gauge was manipulated. When returning the car, they said the tank was not full and wanted to charge nearly 50 euros. After lengthy negotiations and inspections confirming it was full, I still found extra charges on my bill after returning home. Not sure why, but I'm not going to bother. I won't choose this rental company next time!!!

The company is somewhat misleading. I originally booked a VW Up with automatic transmission, but the staff insisted they only had a Smart for automatics and changed it to a Smart. Although it was a new Smart car, the problem is that the Smart has very limited space, with only two seats and a small trunk, making it very cramped for luggage. Additionally, the price for the Smart is lower than the VW Up with automatic transmission. I was speechless and had to accept it. Moreover, the car return address wasn't clearly marked, making it slightly inconvenient to find. Other than this, I have no major complaints.

Renting a car is convenient, and the service is good.

The store was relatively easy to find. We arrived early, but they open at 8 am, so we had breakfast at the airport. Overall, it was okay. They recommended various insurance options, but if you bought full insurance with QEEQ, you don’t need extra.

Great car for the value. My only complaint is that at time of pickup staff would not take no for not wanting additional insurance. They added on even after me telling them I did not want several times. At that time it was already a long time and I just wanted to get the car and go on my way that I didn't want to spend another 30 min waiting for them to reverse the charge on my credit card.

The entire process was very smooth.

Very good, convenient, and simple. The entire process of picking up and returning the car took only 20 minutes.

I bought full insurance through the car rental platform, but when picking up the car, the rental company said it was not full coverage and that I would need to pay an additional 100 euros for it. However, the final charge for this insurance was over 170 euros. Initially, I didn't want to buy this insurance, but if I didn't, the deposit would be 1400 euros; with this insurance, it reduced to 400 euros. I ended up buying it, but I'm not very satisfied.

The rental company was fine. When they found out the driver's license couldn't be used, they actively arranged for someone else to drive. But it's annoying that the rent-a-car platform didn't allow the insurance transfer! So I had to spend another 50 euros on insurance!

The car exceeded expectations; it was relatively new, high-end, and comfortable. However, finding the car rental counter at Rome Central Station was difficult. Note that it is located on the left side of the station facing the front, in section 24 where all the car rental counters are lined up.
