The service attitude of the counter staff was very mediocre. The vehicle was in poor condition, with rust on the roof, and looked like it had been submerged in water. The cleanliness of the vehicle was also worrying, with thick dust on the air conditioning vents. This was my worst car rental experience abroad. I rented a new model Outlander, which was more expensive than the old model. However, the car I got was very old and seemed like it was a decade old. Later, the car hit a parking pillar, and I had to pay the repair costs myself. After returning to my country, the insurance claim process was very slow. I provided all the documents as required by the rental company, but they told me they needed a response from the car rental company before they could process it, which dragged on for several months. In the future, there are two things to note: first, stay away from ACE, and second, try to buy full insurance from the car rental company instead of third-party insurance from your home country, as the claim process is very complicated.

Staff were polite and efficient. Car was good size and clean. Have used Ace three time this year and they have been exceptional. Took no more than ten minutes at the counter to do the paperwork.

I was provided with a Nissan Qashqai and had trouble with the car not recognising the key multiple times a day for the whole ten day period. When I mentioned it on return the staff member just siad "oh yeah we have that trouble with the Nissans all the time". Well they could have told us about it on pick up. Also the lady on reception was rude when I explained that my partner didnt want to drive the vehicle.

Long wait to pick up - felt sorry for the young girl as she was the only staff and had a queue of customers. Special shout out to her - (Sunday 7th July) she was really pleasant and patient

Everything was great except that the business had moved and I could not find it. It would have been fine if I was picked up from the airport but I was already in town. I would recommend changing your address on your website

Very basic car, on the small side. Not what was booked as none available surprise surprise, hard up-sell on the excess insurance. High mileage and not in great condition.

Service staff on pickup was rude & the 2nd person who attended to us was better. However upon return, service staff was difficult and insist we go top up petrol which was only a few dollars and we exceeded the fuel needle! We bought all insurance cover to zero excess so we feel that there has to be service improvement. Will not rent from Ace again.

Missed the pick up time due to miscommunication and was told to come back the next day although we told them to wait a while so that we could collect directly from the office before closing time. As a result we lose a day of rental and had to spent a hefty sum of money for taxi fare to bring us to our accommodation.

Excellent value for money especially when only booked a few hours in advance.

Pickup process took a while, staff seems unfamiliar with certain process. Car was poorly kept, dirty and rubbish from the previous rental was still around. Overall not worth the trouble of waiting for their shuttle (30mins), dirty car, and long pickup time.

The reception during pickup was handled by a newcomer, who was quite inexperienced and unprofessional. The drop-off process was better.

The car isn't available at the airport - you have to get a shuttle, for which I waited over an hour. After I was picked up, the van immediately turned back to the airport to get another customer, at which point we got stuck in the carpark because the driver didn't have any way to pay the fee. The phone staff were terribly rude, no apologies were given, and I got the impression that if I hadn't called the second time I would never have been picked up, even though they knew I was waiting. For comparison, I saw the nobirds van drive past three times while I was waiting for ACE. Not including the time going back and getting stuck.

Car was large and spacious. Good for 6 people. service was good.

Useful platform. good for comparing prices of the vehicle from different dealers. Could have included an option for the purchase of insurance from the rental car company itself directly to save the hassle of claims.
