It is cheap option to book by this site but make sure you choose full/full and buy additional cover which is cheap as well .

Everyone needs to be careful, they force you to buy local insurance which costs an additional 180 euros, and charged me twice. I told the bank I only signed once, but the bank said there were two charges. When I went to the rental company, they claimed there was only one charge. Now I don’t know what to do. Renting a car for an extra 180 euros * 2, that's 360 euros, this is really expensive.

The process is simple, the service is excellent, and the vehicles are of good quality.

At the airport counter in Spain, a lady was very cold. I consider myself good at English with strong comprehension skills, but when I told her I wouldn't buy extra insurance, she completely changed her attitude and ignored everything I said. In the end, another male colleague took over, he was very nice and clearly listed all the costs. However, we still had to pay extra for insurance and other charges, totaling over 100 euros, which is more than double the rental fee!

Trying to scare us into buying additional insurance and upgrading the car. They said the insurance we had payed for with easyrent was no good and they would take the money if there was an incident and we wouldn’t get it back with our policy. The car rental was 800, but I had to pay an additional 2400 in taxes at the rental office. The website didn't mention the total would be 3200, which feels deceptive.

Arrived around ten minutes early, the reception staff were very polite in confirming the order. However, their attitude changed drastically when I declined to purchase additional insurance from the car rental company, and they asked me to wait until the scheduled time to process the deal. The order clearly stated that no additional fees were required, but I was still charged an extra 30.23 euros as airport tax.

I rented a Fiat 500, but they gave me a Fiesta instead. Also, the deposit was supposed to be 1100 euros, but for some reason, they charged me 1224 euros.
