Originally scheduled for 12:00, but called the front desk at 10:00. Initially, the attitude wasn’t great and they told us to call back later. However, the front desk called us back after 15 minutes to arrange pickup. When we arrived at the rental office, the process was quick with no queues and no hard sell on insurance. The service was very friendly. We got the car early and our return time was extended by one hour.
The service was attentive, with written notes on important details. The paperwork was processed very quickly! However, the credit card deposit hasn't been refunded yet, which is a bit slow.
A very good car rental company with a nice owner. The car was in good condition with just over 60,000 kilometers on it. After returning the car, the owner personally drove us to the airport and gave each of us a big hug.
