CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ENTERPRISE AT MUNICH AIRPORT, MUC

The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!

The airport counter staff were extremely friendly. Even when I returned the car to the wrong location in the garage, they still efficiently helped me with the return process.

The process of picking up and exchanging the car was very quick, and the staff was nice. However, they replaced the original A4 with a Toyota. The staff explained that all their Audi cars are manual, and only Japanese cars are automatic. It's not a big deal, but we specifically chose automatic on the Zuzuche.com website. If there are no Audis available, then just list Toyota. Don't say they are the same group of cars; the power and driving experience are totally different, anyone who's driven both knows this. It feels like a bit of a rip-off. Additionally, the cross-border fee is 6 euros per day, not capped at 50 euros as stated on the Zuzuche.com website.

The staff at Enterprise in Germany were very friendly but not very efficient, the queue was too long. The car I rented had several damages which seemed unrecorded in their system. Fortunately, I spotted them and had the staff note them down on the documents.

Renting a car was very convenient. The German guy was super handsome. There were plenty of cars available. The car we booked didn't have enough luggage space, so they gave us a larger Land Rover immediately. Although it cost a bit more, it was totally worth it.

The car rental store is located in the airport terminal, which is very convenient. The car is in great condition, almost like new, and the service attitude is excellent, very considerate.
