    The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!

The German company actively coordinated with the authorities to help us get a new car for free and continue our trip. We rented two cars, and only one had an accident. Even though the other car also had an issue when we returned, having full insurance saved us from further trouble.

    Picking up the car was quite convenient. Initially, I rented it for just two days, but later extended it for a week due to some matters. I made a call to extend the rental, but eventually had to visit a store to complete the process. Although the rented car was convenient, I initially booked a RAV4 equivalent but was given a gray Nissan X-Trail, which was ugly. I paid an extra 10 euros to get a Volvo XC60 instead. Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the detailed charges were confusing. I paid much more than I expected and was unclear if it was a deposit or something else.
