The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!

Renting a car was very convenient. The German guy was super handsome. There were plenty of cars available. The car we booked didn't have enough luggage space, so they gave us a larger Land Rover immediately. Although it cost a bit more, it was totally worth it.

The German company actively coordinated with the authorities to help us get a new car for free and continue our trip. We rented two cars, and only one had an accident. Picking up the car was quite convenient. Initially, I rented it for just two days, but later extended it for a week due to some matters. I made a call to extend the rental, but eventually had to visit a store to complete the process. Although the rented car was convenient, I initially booked a RAV4 equivalent but was given a gray Nissan X-Trail, which was ugly. I paid an extra 10 euros to get a Volvo XC60 instead. Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the detailed charges were confusing. I paid much more than I expected and was unclear if it was a deposit or something else.
