The Rental Counter is located between Gate 3 and Gate 4 in the arrivals hall. Vehicles are on-site and you can find them by following the signs for all Rental Companies. All vehicles are parked about 500 meters on foot outside the terminals.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

1. This is an On-Request service and is available in specific locations in Greece. Requires written approval 5 working days prior to the start of the rental. To arrange cross-border travel please email reservations@enterprise.gr for written approval.Vehicles must be returned to the agreed station in Greece. 2. Surcharges apply and must be paid at the rental counter. 3. The surcharges are 90 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee per rental and 30 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee for each rental day for MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, and INTERMEDIATE car groups. All other car groups are not available for cross borders travel. 4. The vehicles are covered by TPI as long as are driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued, and no other insurances are available for out-of-Greece rental. Roadside assistance while driving abroad is not available, the cost of the car repatriation in Greece is covered by the driver. A replacement car cannot be offered outside the Greek borders. If the rental is over 1 month, an additional surcharge of 90 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee must be issued at extra cost and 30 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee for each rental day.

Like: I rent a small car and they exchange it with a brand new one, slightly bigger, nicer and neat! The problem was that someone broke into my car and stole my bag with all my papers and money, causing a small damage on the key lock at the driver’s door. The guys at the rental showed me sympathy for my loss and they didn‘t ask for anything, solving me in this way, a huge problem! I‘m so greatfull about this and I will definetly rent from them in the future!

Like: Having air conditioning in the back two rows of van was critical. Two previous trips to Greece were almost ruined by a large van with no air-conditioning in the back seats. A disaster for a country like Greece.

There are three companies at one location, so it's a bit crowded and requires waiting in line. They gave me an X1, but the brakes made noise and the car was in poor condition. The car was an old Ford and consumed a lot of fuel. They tried to upsell insurance once. When returning the car, the staff just gave it a quick check without being too strict. During pickup, they provided a small card explaining that minor scratches within the card's area didn't need to be noted. For fuel, you return the car with the same amount as when you picked it up, no need to fill it completely.
