Pick-up Instructions

The Dryyve - Vienna Airport car hire location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of Dryyve - Vienna Airport car hire.

After Baggage Claim, please head to P4 - Car Rental Center. Follow the signs after walking down the long walking corridor (walking estimated time 5 minutes), and please take the elevator up and go to Deck 0 - Car Rental Center.

Drop-off Instructions

To return your rental car, head to the Returning Car Park next to the P4 building. The designated parking area is situated in the open-air lot near the building where you initially picked up the vehicle. Please adhere to the Airport Signalization for guidance to the car rental return car park. Upon reaching the entrance, press the button for access. Proceed all the way down on the right-hand side and park the car beside our designated office. Here, you can either locate an agent for assistance or conveniently drop off your keys in the key box positioned next to the office. Feel free to return the car at any time that suits your schedule.

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

It was busy in front of counter. Stuff was good but I belive the system of dryyve was not integrated with Qeeq so I had to refill all the information which was already given at the time of booking with Qeeq. That overall was causing the queue

Too many hidden charges, including an extra 1000 RMB for crossing borders. Daily limit of 100 kilometers, and minor collisions are at your own expense. It's worrisome, and the return inspection is very strict, even dust is considered scratches, but overall it's okay.

The car provided was different from the one in the order. They kept pushing insurance at the time of pickup and didn't inform about toll fees. After returning the car, I got a fine without any email notification and they directly charged my credit card a high processing fee, which didn't match the total amount. Be cautious!

The process was convenient and the car pickup was fast, but the staff forced me to pay for the highway fee even though I didn't plan to use the highway. The platform resolved this issue in the end. Although the process was unpleasant, in the end, Zuzuche helped me resolve the highway fee issue.

Following the signs, it was easy to find Parkhaus 4 where the car rental company is located. Dryyve is a smaller player compared to Avis, Hertz, and Europcar, and their counter is at the very end of the hall. The good thing is that there was no queue. Note that only basic insurance is included, but they weren't pushy about selling extras. However, they didn't print my contract at first and had to get someone else to reprint it later. I was not very satisfied with the car they gave me—a worn-out Citroën C4 with Hungarian plates and 50,000 kilometers on it. The car was dirty, with dead insects on the headlights. The trunk can fit two 28-inch and one 20-inch suitcases, which is quite spacious. When you switch to sport mode, it performs OK on the highway and doesn't feel unstable at 150 km/h.

The car pickup process was fine, communication was clear and efficient. However, there were some disputes with the return report and follow-up. The on-site return inspection showed no problems, and I signed off on the process. But the next day, after returning to my home country, I received an email stating there was a small scratch, about 2cm. Europe's economy isn't doing well, so unexpected issues are more common. I recommend using a larger rental company like Sixt, as smaller companies might offer lower upfront rentals, but more surprises after.
