Local Office Directions COUNTER: Desk in terminal at T4 Qantas. Booth in T3/T4 and T1 Domestic car parks. Customers arriving at T2 Regional, or T1 Virgin should proceed to the car park booth at T1. CARS: Located a short distance outside respective terminals. RETURNS: T1/T2: Follow the car rental return signs and access the car park by taking the slip road on the right of Airport Dr. T3/T4: Follow the signs, the car park entry is located on Miller Rd. AFTER HOURS RETURNS: Available. T3/T4 & T1 International: Available during airport hours only. Drop box located at the Avis counter in the terminal. T1 Domestic: Key drop box on car park booth.

    I am still waiting a reply from Avis and easy rent cars . Basically I was overcharged as avis insist I did not refill the car . However the stuff at the drop off point did not bother to check when we asked them to. Please remember to always take a photo of your petrol tank , receipt of petrol refill, checked name of the staff on duty etc . It was a terrible experience .

    I got allocated different car and Avis staff said that they made a mistake and allocated wrong car. Why would I pay extra money for luxury car if I would get average SUV car at the counter. I had to wait over one hour to get the proper car as it was needed to be cleaned. After returning the car, I got a receipt, but on bank statement I got over charged which I haven’t heard from Avis, so I had to send an email to the customer service and I haven’t received any email.

    The pick up counter is easily located once we cleared the custom clearance. However there was only one service staff handling the bookings at that time and it took quite long for us to collect the keys. Vehicle collection point was a few minutes walk from the terminal.
