For Interrent customers once outside the terminal to reach our offices it's necessary to contact shuttlebus service "King Parking" phone +390689830777 choosing option 1. The shuttle will come in front of Airport Control Tover, at Departures level, in the external lane in the yellow spaces created for the Bus stop marked as "Off Airport", and will bring the customers to Interrent office in 6 minutes.

I was two hours late picking up the car. Their hotline wasn't accessible. When I finally arrived, they told me my reservation had been canceled and charged me more than double the original price.

The airport shuttle location did not match the instructions, and the contact number provided was unreachable. The shuttle was shared with other companies and had no signage. Despite informing the rental store that we had full insurance from our home country, they added extra insurance without notice, resulting in duplicate coverage and additional costs. This was the worst experience among multiple international car rentals I have had.
