Pick-up Instructions

1.Take Blue Line AirTrain to the Rental Car Center. 2. Go to the ground level and go outside to your left. 3.Proceed to island 2/ Shuttle Pickup. 4.Use the courtesy phone OR call AVR (650-952-5543 ext. #1) 5.The shuttle will arrive in 10 to 12 minutes after you notify us of your arrival at island 2. A mileage limit may apply for local renters (usually defined as living within 120km radius from the rental location). Please refer to our online terms and conditions for further details.

Drop-off Instructions

Please bring back the vehicle to the store. A free shuttle will then drive you back to the airport.

I booked a Van with 15 passenger and 4 bags so I have enough space but the Van we got did not have space for a single luggage. We had to accommodate. Everything else was good. I would recommend not to book exact van according to the description, always opt for a larger one then you actually need.
