You can walk to the counter of National - Toronto Pearson International Airport car hire.

National Car Rental operates out of both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. If arriving in Terminal 1, please follow signs to rental vehicles then proceed to Level 1 of the parking garage. Proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement. If arriving in Terminal 3, please proceed to Door F and cross the road. Once in the garage, proceed to the right where you will find our National Booth. An agent will provide your rental agreement.

    Like: The car was new, in great condition and everything was working perfectly. Drop off was extremely quick and efficient and I really appreciated that. I would gladly rent again!
    Dislike: The location was a little hard to find and when I tried to phone to receive directions, nobody answered. However, I ended up asking airport staff how to get in and they told me.

    This satisfaction is for the car rental company, definitely not for QEEQ; a frustrating car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st, had pre-booked for a one-way rental, but was told at the counter that the one-way fee of nearly 3000 CAD wasn't included, even though we clearly paid QEEQ, which included the one-way fee. We called the clueless customer service in China and they confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was sure the one-way fee wasn't included and even showed us the order. QEEQ customer service said it might be an internal issue, which delayed our trip that day. QEEQ's mistake is extremely low-level for being in a foreign country! Please share widely for resolution!
