Shuttle bus service hours : Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Please call for our free Airport shuttle service if required at 905-670-7368 or 1-888-317-9666. Please note, the shuttle service is only available within business hours. From Terminal 1: Take the escalators to door C and to level 2, Take the LINK train to Viscount Station and proceed to the ground level. There is a courtesy phone inside Viscount Station if needed From Terminal 3: Take the elevator at door D to level 3. Take the LINK train to Viscount Station and proceed to the ground level. There is a courtesy phone inside Viscount Station if needed.

The rental company provides a free shuttle service to and from the International Airport and any Hotels within the vicinity of the Airport during our regular business hours. Be very careful while boling thru this agency. They advertised on the QEEQ website that they have 3000 km mileage limit but then the fine print says only 200kms per day. It would have been good if they were clear upfront. Also these guys charge cad 1000 deposit which is very high compared to the others. Also they didn't give the car with full fuel so while returning have to do a juggling act to make sure you don't underfill gas
