The car provided was a run down vehicle which was 92000 on done in a poor condition. When asked to change they said they did not have have a newer vehicle and was forced to pay 100€ more to change the car which again was done more than 40000 km.

The car was GR8, The Pick up was a bit slow & staff tried to give us manual drive car instead of Automatic, so we would not have to wait for automatic car to turn up. We paid for automatic (for safety reasons), so we insisted on it & hence had to wait over 30mins for car to turn up. We had so much difficulty finding the entrance to correct car park at Izmir terminal & due to lack of "CIZGI" signs outside of the car park, we ended up in the wrong car park & when we finally got the Cizgi guy to come up to where we parked (on different level to drop off point), he demanded that we have to pay 20 TL for the car parking payment, even though we explained it was not our fault. The paperwork provided had no clear instruction or map showing correct drop off point & what the procedure was?! we were not happy with the Cizgi staff at pick up/drop off office in car park.

оформление произошло быстро, спросили только паспорт и права, карта была не нужна и никакой депозит не платила тоже... но машину, корую я бронировала, не вернули вовремя и мне дали дизель FIAT EGEA 2017г. без доплат, с включёной КАСКО и сказали, можно не мыть! возвращала до 6 утра, в 5:20 сотрудника не было на месте, искали его до 5:45 принятие машины - беглый осмотр я проехала по нескольким платным дорогам, не знаю как теперь будут деньги вычитать

Everything was perfect, the car was fresh and had only 16k km on it. The communication with stuff was easy even they know very little of English but still did their best to make our experience better. We drove all the way from Izmir to cappadocia and back and had an amazing experience. Totally recommend cizgi and will book again.

Car was too small for a 6 seater. No space for luggage. We asked for paid upgrade but got denied since we had used qeeq to book. The car was dirty inside and outside. The gas was empty to empty which is hard to do. I ended up with 20 euros of gas in the car on my return. The staff were friendly though.

Terrible. Only one staff member for car collection, with five groups waiting to pick up cars. We had to wait until everyone had finished before they let us leave the parking lot. What kind of logic is that? The car was given to us with an empty tank and must be returned empty. How are we supposed to manage that? We ended up giving them half a tank of fuel for free. The windshield washer fluid was also empty. The staff member at car return didn't even speak English. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this car rental company at Izmir Airport.

Pros: Open 24 hours, very convenient, good car condition. Cons: Upon pickup, we were informed that the automatic car we booked online was not available and were constantly asked to switch to a manual car, which was shocking. Since we were not familiar with driving a manual car, they provided another automatic car after our insistence. They did not inform us in advance which toll lanes to use on the highway.

Overall, it was okay. Initially, they told us that the 5008 we booked was not available and upgraded us to a larger car. When we got to the parking lot, we saw they had given us two giant nine-seat Mercedes. Considering our road trip would involve many narrow roads, big cars would be inconvenient, so we declined. Then the staff made a phone call and managed to get us two 5008s. I'm not sure why they said they weren't available before. Returning the car was very quick; they barely checked anything.

Rented the car for 5 days, picked it up from Izmir Airport in the evening of the first day. The air conditioning was broken and the car broke down again on the third day around 8 AM. Initially thought it was a dead key battery. Spent the whole morning communicating with both the platform and the car company. The replacement car was finally delivered around 1 PM, which had a much better condition with a functioning air conditioner. The staff who delivered the car verbally promised to refund the fuel and time wasted due to the car replacement when returning the car, but subsequent communications were full of excuses, and nothing was refunded.

Maybe it's because of the promotions on Xiaohongshu, it was off-season at the airport and other companies had no customers, but there were several people in line at this one. Each person took about 10 minutes. I bought additional glass and tire insurance on QEEQ, but the staff told me that for domestic purchases, even small scratches require a police report for reimbursement. However, for scratches, the police wouldn't come out. They cover car damage but not scratches. In the end, they convinced me to buy the cheapest insurance. I calculated that it's better to buy the insurance at the rental store rather than buying it in advance because the prices are similar. You don't need to buy it twice, and you avoid the hassle of being upsold. The service is also better at the rental store, and you have to buy it anyway. The car was pretty good, relatively new, the road conditions were nice, and there weren’t many cars on the road. Returning the car was quick, less than five minutes.

We've rented cars through QEEQ in the USA, Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it's been very convenient. We've never had any issues. I'm a beginner female driver and had never driven any other car before, but it was easy to get used to this one. I quickly became familiar with it, and although I didn't like driving in China, I loved driving in Turkey because it truly is a paradise for road trips.

The car was good. It was a diesel with 33,000 kilometers on it, and I was very satisfied with its power, fuel consumption, and highway stability. The policy of returning it with an empty tank is a bit tricky. I didn't dare to estimate the fuel so precisely, so I probably added about 100 yuan more, which benefited the car rental company.
