The Jucy - Sydney Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

Jucy highly recommend to finish the online check-in process before pick-up, which can save the time for your rest of journey. AIRPORT PICK UP • After you have arrived at Sydney Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and se1ect#1 and then #4 to request our free shuttle service. • For collection from the domestic terminal, exit the terminal and walk to the PRIORITY PICK UP AREA on the ground level of Parking Building 3. • For collection from the international terminal, exit the terminal, cross pedestrian crossing, walk under Parking Building & and follow signs to the PRIORITY PICK UP AREA. • Please note last shuttle for car pick-ups is 30 mins before closing. For car rental pick-ups, our last Sydney Airport shuttle collection time is 4.30pm on weekdays and 1.30pm on weekends.

Drop-off Instructions

After you have returned your vehicle, jump on board the next shuttle bus at the JUCY branch. We recommend returning your vehicle at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.

Must-not:

Taking rental cars to the Australian islands that are not listed in Free of Charge is not allowed.

poor condition of the car and provide the different car show in picture(Hyudai Kona was show in picture )。Different level of the car The car was old (Mitsubitsu ASX )and it use a lot of gas。Car power poor。although we are late to return car，but the staff do not remind us the closing time of the drop-off location ，we drive to there, was closed, the hotline is busy, finally we need drive to city drop-off location to return the car，Yes，I know it is my false, but if the staff remind us the closing time, we can save more time.

Helpfulness of staff, and easy location near airports, means we will defiantly use July again, on our next trip! Also, not all other hire companies offered different pick up/drop off locations! Only minor niggle, although the inside/outside of the car was clean, the inside of the windscreen was dirty, which only became apparent as night fell!
