**Directions for Picking Up Your Rental Vehicle at T1, Barcelona Airport with Record Go** **Instructions for Obtaining Your Rental Agreement:** 1. Walk straight ahead and head left around the central reservation area. 2. Continue straight towards the end of the vestibule. Before reaching the exit doors, turn left. 3. You will find our office on your left, where you can obtain your rental agreement. **Directions from the Terminal Office to the Pick-Up Office:** 1. After receiving your rental agreement, you will see the entrance to ‘Car Park C,’ painted red, directly in front of our office. 2. Take the elevator or stairs down to floor 1 of the car park. 3. On this floor, you will find the Record Go office, where you can pick up the keys to your vehicle. ------------------- **Directions for Picking Up Your Rental Vehicle at T2, Barcelona Airport with Record Go** **Instructions for Obtaining Your Rental Agreement:** 1. Exit the T2B luggage collection hall and enter the arrivals vestibule. 2. You’ll find our office directly in front of you, slightly to the left. 3. In this office, you can obtain your rental agreement. **Directions from the Terminal Office to the Pick-Up Office:** 1. After obtaining your rental agreement, exit the terminal through the first door on your right. 2. Once outside, go straight ahead and turn right towards the pedestrian crossing. 3. Cross the pedestrian crossing, and you will find the Record Go collection spaces (40-75).

Drop-off Instructions

**Directions to the Drop-Off Office in the Car Park** 1. Follow the ‘car rental’ signs to the vehicle entrance of the Terminal 1 car park. 2. Enter the car park, turn right, and continue straight to the end of the corridor. 3. Make a 180º turn and continue straight until you reach the end of the corridor. Here, you will find the ramp to the first floor. 4. Once on the first floor, turn right and continue straight to the end of the corridor, where Zone C is indicated by red columns. 5. Turn right and park the vehicle in one of the Record Go drop-off spaces, marked in red on the map. 6. After parking, go to the Record Go drop-off office and hand the vehicle key to the properly identified Record Go staff. **Please Note:** If you are returning the vehicle outside of office hours (check the timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions), deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record Go drop-off office. ---------------------- **Directions to the Drop-Off Office in the Car Park** 1. Follow the CAR RENTAL signs towards the entrance of Terminal 2 parking. 2. After passing the first barrier, you will come to a roundabout. 3. Follow the CAR RENTAL sign to reach the second barrier. 4. Turn left and then right at the last lane. Continue straight until you reach the end of the parking area. 5. You will find the RECORD GO parking spaces (1-40) there. 6. Park your car in one of these spaces. 7. Once parked, go to the Record Go drop-off office and hand the vehicle key to the properly identified Record Go staff. **Please Note:** If returning the vehicle outside of office hours (check the timetable in Point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions), deposit the vehicle’s keys in the key mailbox at the Record Go drop-off office.

We reached the car rental office much earlier than expected as the custom clearance was much smooth than expected and our flight reached the airport earlier than expected. When we requested if we can collect the car earlier (it was only 1 hr earlier ) with the offer and promise to return an hour earlier than expected time , we were told that we had to pay 15 Euros more which I declined. When I returned to the counter at the agreed pick up time later ; to my surprise the car was not ready as it had to be sent from another terminal . The waiting time was more than an hour and they did not offer any sincere apologies nor express sense of urgency . This resulted me in spending more than 2 hours in total waiting for the car ! :( .

Record Go is the worst car rental company I've ever encountered. The service attitude is extremely poor, and they discriminate against Chinese customers! When renting a car, they refused to accept our international driving permit and insisted on us providing a Chinese driving license. We never carry our Chinese driving license abroad; we always bring an internationally notarized and translated driving permit. Other companies accepted it, but they didn't. Because we didn't buy their insurance, they intentionally removed the tow hook cover in the front of the car and claimed we damaged it to make us pay for it. The staff was extremely rude and had no smile or courtesy!

The car was great. The staff was inefficient. They didn't accompany us for the car inspection, but after we found some damage, they upgraded our car for free. We were also forced to buy a full tank of gas. However, after returning the car with a full tank, they refunded the full amount, and even refunded a bit more by mistake.

There was an issue with the fuel gauge. The pump stopped when refueling was supposed to be full, but I added 5 more euros of fuel. When returning the car, it still showed a bit less. The staff said they would verify it with a colleague, but then got busy with other things. We didn't have time to wait as we needed to catch our flight, so we took a photo and left. A week later, they still hadn't verified it. They could at least refund the undisputed part of the fuel charge! Verify the disputed part! But no, they just drag it out! 108 euros, not a cent refunded! Luckily, I took a photo of the fuel gauge when I left, as evidence. Otherwise, with no proof from the staff, where would I go for customer service? Now their response is just to wait! Who knows how long that will be!

There were hidden charges during pickup. They clearly stated that without purchasing €131 insurance, they would provide an old car. Indeed, I got a car with almost worn-out tires, which made a lot of noise and vibrated heavily. It was a nerve-wracking drive.

This company is not good; the queue time is long. They require a credit card hold of 1200 euros when picking up the car. If you don't have one, you are forced to purchase their insurance for 70 euros. An additional 40 euros is required to go to Andorra.

We learnt our lesson from past rental experience so we took Record Go offer with insurance eventhough we already purchased insurance with Qeeq. Car condition is not immaculate as with dents all over the place. Returning car must show fuel up receipt in order not to be charged with fuel fill up services.
