The rental offices are located at the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) in the airport. After collecting your luggage, please follow the Airport Transit signs and take the train to the MMF station.     The first car I've got was broken. Give them a credit they fond replacement car fast enough. At the end got an additional 12% charge for... they are not sure for what. Apparently they don't list all charges on the quote. BE ADVISED!!!!!!!

    The rental store is very close to Chicago Airport. After picking up our luggage at Chicago Airport, we went directly to the airport's main entrance to wait. There were Dollar company shuttle buses (we might have been lucky as we boarded the shuttle within two minutes; when carrying lots of luggage, the driver would even help). Most of the staff at the store are African American, but their service was acceptable.
