International Terminal: After arrival, head to the Thrifty counter in the Arrivals Hall on the ground floor to complete the rental process. Once completed, follow the staff's instructions to collect your vehicle from the designated parking area. Domestic Terminal: The Thrifty counter is located on the Ground Floor of the Short-Term Parking (P1). Proceed to the counter for rental procedures, and then follow the instructions to the parking area to pick up your car.

    There were two staff members at the pickup location, but one lady processed everything very slowly. I arrived at Brisbane Domestic Airport at 8 AM and had a 9 AM car pickup reservation. However, the wait time (waiting for the two customers ahead of me) and my own processing took a total of 50 minutes. I didn't get the car until 9:50 AM. Aside from the slow pickup process and the difficulty in finding the drop-off lane, everything else was great. There's no upselling, the car was in good condition, and the staff was diligent and responsible.
