The shuttle service operates until 15 minutes before the regular office closing time.If you miss the last shuttle, please arrange your own transportation to the rental location. Shuttle bus meeting point instruction: Domestic Arrival: 1. After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal and turn right, then take the escalator up to the skybridge. 2. Walk along the skybridge until you reach the “Bus and Coach A–B” sign, then follow its direction to the waiting point. 3. Take the escalator down. You will see a sign. Follow it and wait at Zone A. Counter service was excellent as didnt have to waitlong plus car was ready for pick upafter paperwork was completed. Returning of car was very sressful due to accident on the M1 waited in traffic for over 2 1/2 hours to get thru, then time was very short for the transfer to Airport, apond that didnt have time to refuel, receiving gentleman was excellant ,plus told of fuel requirement, but no time to catch plane times. Wasn't the car we had booked but that's ok. The guy at the desk tried to pressure us into taking out the extra insurance. It seems their staff are trained to push for this as the lady next to him repeated the exact same speech to another customer. I treated the car as my own. Garaged it every night. When we took it back there was a scratch on a wheel cover. They took all my bond pending a damage investigation. It's wear and tear! I have rented cars for 15 years and have never had any sort of problem. Until I met these guys.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested that we switch our original booking of a Mitsubishi 7-seater SUV to a Toyota. Indeed, the road conditions from Brisbane to Gold Coast and around the Gold Coast are very good, so there's no need for an SUV. The Toyota was almost brand new and the baby seat was also new, and the rental price was 25% cheaper.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied. The staff member was very patient. My English is poor, so I couldn’t communicate well. I used a translator, and he patiently typed in each word for me to translate. It seems he also had an accent, so it was understandable that I couldn't catch everything, haha. Even the translator couldn’t fully understand him, and we had to manually input words. The part that was unclear to me was about insurance options. After communicating for about 10 minutes, I roughly understood there were several insurance types: full coverage, partial coverage, and something more basic. In the end, I chose one for $35 with a $5,500 deductible. I suggest they create an advertisement leaflet to show customers directly—it would make things much simpler.
