The staff, whether at reception, car pickup, or return, were very polite and welcoming. They might ask if you'd like insurance upgrades, but a courteous decline is sufficient without any pressure. Returning the car was also convenient, and the deposit was refunded promptly. This was my first time renting a car, and although I was initially concerned due to previous reviews, this experience turned out to be very pleasant.
Staff were friendly and great. The car itself had some clutch problems and on the last day, all sorts of warning lights came on, making us worry. But we were able to get to the rental location fine.
Like: Car was brand new with GPS although it wasn't reserved. Great service very nice and helpful staff in Nice although we had 5 hours flight delay and we had to pick it up the next day there was no problem with anything.
