The staff, whether at reception, car pickup, or return, were very polite and welcoming. They might ask if you'd like insurance upgrades, but a courteous decline is sufficient without any pressure. Returning the car was also convenient, and the deposit was refunded promptly. This was my first time renting a car, and although I was initially concerned due to previous reviews, this experience turned out to be very pleasant.
The rental company had good customer service, but I couldn't find the parking lot for car drop-off. I contacted the rental company’s customer support, and they advised me to check with the local branch. Fortunately, the branch was still open.
Very satisfied. We dealt with the same lady for both pickup and return. She was very efficient, especially when we couldn't find the parking lot for the return; she guided us directly to the return point. The service was excellent! We were particularly happy because the car was almost brand new, with just over 600 kilometers on it. We drove very carefully to avoid any scratches or dents and took great care of it, haha!
