Once you arrive at the airport and have collected your bagage you can book your shuttle collection via our app. Visit acerentalcars.com.au and click the "Book Shuttle" icon in the top right of the page. From here you will be able to see the closest collection point and track the progress of our drivers. If you have any trouble, you can contact us via 1800 620 408. Please be sure to check you are collecting within our opening times. The last shuttle collection is 15 minutes prior to closing.
