Extremely disappointed. Hidden cost that was only explained at the counter. Representative had a pay up or leave attitude. Will not rent from them again.

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

Originally I read that I needed proof of insurance in order to not purchase insurance which was no problem, but when I went to pick up the car I discovered that I needed ridiculously high coverage and so had to pay $15/day for insurance. Then I also found out that I had to pay for a sun-pass toll thing for another $14/day. In their defense, both of these items were listed in the small print, but I felt taken advantage of. Then the car I ordered was supposed to be a small car and I was given a minivan which I didnt need or want but they said they had no other options. And finally, they gave me the car with only a 1/4 tank of gas which was very inconvenient for my 36hour rental. Was not impressed.

No complains about easycars.com. Seemed to work well and do its job.

I was very disappointed about the sun pass till issue. I have my own sunnpass because I own a condo in Florida and rent cars monthly and always use my own sunpass. I think it’s ridiculous to pay 12.99 a day for a sun pass so I declined but when I returned car I had to pay the penalty of 23.00 plus a toll that I already paid via my own sun pass. I almost missed my flight home because the counter would not give me a shuttle ride back to the airport until I paid the penalty. I will never rent from them again nor will I recommend anyone to rent from them. That is a ridiculous rule for the sun pass tolls.

There were hidden charges that the booking agency as well as the people at right cars did not tell me about. I was greatly disappointed and I will NEVER use your agency or right cars again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can about avoiding you. Rest Assured.

Sat at airport for 2 hours. Called and called no answer. Didn't get picked up. Will never recommend.

HAD TO WAIT FOR A VERY LONG TIME TO REACH TO THE COUNTER, i INITIALLY QUEUED UP FOR THE ON LINE KIOSK , AT SOME POINT ONE OF THE AGENT ASKED US TO JOIN THE OTHER QUE SINCE WE HAD BOOKED WITH IN 48 HRS, HAVING US TO FALL IN THE ALL OVER AGAIN AND DELAYING THE PROCESS EVEN MORE. HOW EVER ONCE WE REACHED THE DESK IT TOOK US 15 MIN OR LESS TO BE ON OUR WAY.

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

Please refund my deposit. We called you to send us a shuttle to which you told us you cancelled hours earlier. We reminded you we had an after 6pm arrival. You wouldn’t come get us and you said you had no car for us. Please refund my deposit.

Do not rent from these people. They charged me insurance that was not required and wouldn't allow me to explain that I was already covered by my own insurance. The worker at the counter lied about the insurance coverage thus I paid almost twice that I should have. I would never never rent from this agency again - they have no business ethics.

Tried hard to charge me for lots of stuff I didn't need. Tried to charge me extra for a bigger car because they didn't have the smaller one I reserved. Tried to convince me I needed to pay an exorbitant fee for a toll transponder I didn't need. Etc.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
