Duplicate charges, repeated insurance

Like: Car was reasonably new, clean and in decent overall conditions, few scratches here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary taking into account the rental was for Greece with super narrow streets

Like: I rent a small car and they exchange it with a brand new one, slightly bigger, nicer and neat! The problem was that someone broke into my car and stole my bag with all my papers and money, causing a small damage on the key lock at the driver’s door. The guys at the rental showed me sympathy for my loss and they didn‘t ask for anything, solving me in this way, a huge problem! I‘m so greatfull about this and I will definetly rent from them in the future!
Dislike: Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Like: our trip to Andros island was an expirience that I will remember for a long...nice weather, frienly people good food unique spot and monastery to visit and sure beatiful beaches with little people

Like: Having air conditioning in the back two rows of van was critical. Two previous trips to Greece were almost ruined by a large van with no air-conditioning in the back seats. A disaster for a country like Greece.
Dislike: Very Fast service for pick up; Very friendly, helpful staff; Drop off very easy, and staff very helpful in finding a couple of carts and helping us unload. Top marks! Thank you so much!

Make sure to bring a Visa or MasterCard! UnionPay is not accepted.

The fuel level was less than a quarter but marked as 2/8. It's hard to gauge when returning the car, which seems like a deliberate way to take advantage.

Waited for a long time at the airport with no one to pick us up

The credit card used was within the range specified by the rental company, it was a MasterCard. However, on site, the card couldn't be processed for the deposit, even though the rental fee was already deducted. I didn't carry another card with me on this trip.

There is a free shuttle service from the airport, and you can also return the car at the airport for an additional fee. It's very convenient.

We arrived at the store at 21:30 local time. The booked model was a BMW X1. However, they didn't have this model available. They didn't have any SUVs either. They offered me a Skoda Rapid, a compact car, and said there were no other options. They even said if I didn't want it, I could leave, as they were closing at 22:00. I paid over 2700 for a car that normally costs a little over 200 per day. We needed the car for 3 days for business purposes, and it had to be presentable, but this affected our business. Additionally, the fuel tank wasn't even full.

This car rental company is terrible. First, it is very far from the airport and is a very small company. The service attitude is bad, and they discriminate against Chinese people. They refused to release the car because my credit card has the UnionPay logo, and they didn't refund any of the rental fees. It's a total rip-off.

The store is not at the airport, requiring a shuttle for both pickup and dropoff. They insisted on selling a €150 full insurance. The provided car was different from what was booked. The car's tire pressure was low and the brakes were unresponsive. The warning light was on the entire trip, making the journey nerve-wracking.

I arrived at night, no queues at the counter and quick process

There were no signs at the airport exit, making it very difficult to find.

The contract added a fuel surcharge clause that was not in the QEEQ booking information. This was not noticed at the time as the credit card wasn't charged immediately. Reporting it later to QEEQ customer service solved nothing, it’s an outright unfair clause!

First, they randomly increased the price. Second, they don't accept China UnionPay for deposits.

The store provided a detailed explanation of rental precautions, cost breakdown, and car pickup method. However, the wait time was relatively long, possibly due to language issues.

The attitude wasn't very good. They didn't allow us to point out the scratches on the car at the time of pickup.
