I was speechless! It was never about the stain; they just wanted to make money. They wouldn't let me leave without paying! I truly witnessed the 'hospitality' of the Greek people! It's despicable! The condition after I cleaned it is in the picture; please ignore the water stains, they disappeared once dry. They even threatened me, saying if my cleaning wasn't good enough, I would have to pay more! What's more disgusting is that when I refused to pay because it was unreasonable, they threatened to call the police! Do they think they can bully Chinese people?

Excellent service, smooth communication. Originally needed to return the car by 11, but couldn't make it on time. After talking to customer service, they extended it for free until 3 PM. Very impressive.
