Branch staff were amazing, spoke fantastic English, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car was very new and in great condition. No hidden extras or hard-sale of insurances. Everything was perfect.

I was told that i need to pay extra for a snow chain as car does not have winter tyres .

There were additional sales promotions, and the car's condition was not explained during pickup. However, during drop-off, they inspected the car's exterior surface very meticulously.

Convenient car rental and quick return, what could be more important?

When I arrived at the car rental company, the front desk staff were very rude and unfriendly.

There was only one staff member at the counter at the airport, and I arrived close to midnight, so there weren't many people around. However, there were quite a few people at the Hertz counter next door. After I got the keys, the staff member briefly mentioned the direction of the parking lot, and I had to find the car myself. I had reserved a Mercedes, but I ended up with a JEEP.

Locauto is a company without any care for their customers. They just are focused on their business trayng to earn money as much as possibile. Never rent to this company.

The rental process was alright, but the insurance upsell was too obvious. After an accident, encountered extremely high additional charges, the experience was very bad.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and the service was fast with detailed explanations.
