Easy process, staff helpful.

Helpful staff at the counter Easy to find Only remark, it's not very clear you have to take your token number for queing. There's a totem in between two counters which is not clear at a first sight that is there for the number pick up.

Very professional and friendly service. At the drop off was pouring down rain and the place was a good 10 minutes walking from the airport, I asked the guy after he checked the car if he could drive me back and he did, his name was Vito. I am very satisfied.

The pickup process was excruciating with a very kong wait. Literally no other company had queues as long as Sicily By Car. There were 3 reps working but with all the attempts to up sell on car type and size, insurance, accessories, etc, it took 4 times as long to check out. By the time we made it to the counter I just wanted our car so we could begin our holiday. After check out, everything with the car went fine.
