Our flight have been delay 4 hours, then when we rent our car, they charge us 1 more day. No fair.

The staff had a great attitude.

The GPS equipped in the car was not than user friendly, need some time to get along with it.

Other rental companies have staff to greet customers in the international arrivals hall, but Nissan did not. The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.

It's okay, nothing special to mention

The car was big enough and spacious for only two of us without large luggage. A big strange that we have to put petrol from the station that they specified and had to present a receipt to proof, I used other car rentals twice in Okinawa and this is the first requirement I’ve come across. I found this request a bit annoying. The GPS in the car is very old and display is in Japanese, some new roads doesn’t exist in this GPS. Up sell their own insurance, kept saying the insurance should pay and if they don’t pay would have a lot of fines, etc. The car has a lot of scratches but they only concentrate on inspecting the bottom of the car, don’t understand the reason.

Staff were nice but the car was very dirty you can see stain everywhere which it can easily remove by wet tissue. So I suggested them to clean before releasing to next customer. Pick up are for international flights may confuse to customer as we’re not sure that we get/the right direction to pick up the car.

We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services

Car Drop off is far from airport. Given an option to park at the airport but have to give a rate cum parking fee.

About Map code is japaneses language only , it’s not practical . If company can provide manual booklet and code for tourism place , it would be wonderful.

Quite old car with 3 dents. Instructions for using in-built GPS not clear as in Japanese. I do not like counter staff aggressively selling me insurance when I don't need it. Have to go back and ask where car key is before driving. Worse is I was advised to return car one day earlier as my flight is 9:10 am while car rental opens at 8 am. What they should have done is advise I check in at airport earlier, then return car, then take their free shuttle back to airport to board plane. Quite unpleasant for me to drag luggage for more 1 km to take public transport to Naha Airport on the day of my departure.

Friendly staffs with fluent English language.

Spend quite a while to find the counter at the airport. There should be proper signage to show the direction. We get to find out from staff of Times car rental that we need to walk 10min to the Domestic airport where the counter 10 is located, and where we will be drove to the car company over a 15min free shuttle.

Would be helpful to share information on car park with good fee on short parking and overnight parkings
