Everything went smoothly.

The process of picking up and returning the car was professional and smooth, very convenient. I booked a manual but got an automatic. The deposit was refunded a few minutes after the car inspection during return.

Too many people in line

Like: Vehicle was even better than what we had booked. All the features possible and super comfortable
Dislike: Not directly the fault of the hire car company but our credit card had a problem and this meant we had to pay an extra AU$270 for an insurance cover because I used a debit card.

I did not get the car i wanted

The stuff went out of their way to provide the best vehicle.

Like: Brand new car with GPS
Dislike: It was a big car, driving on small roads in Switzerland overall still fantastic.

The car rental office said we couldn't use credit cards with magnetic strips, only those with chips were allowed, but they never informed us of this requirement. Therefore, they rejected my husband's card with a magnetic strip. When I used my chip card to secure the rental for my husband, they insisted on charging over 300 dollars to make me a co-renter. Otherwise, we couldn't pick up the car. This credit card policy is too unreasonable; I've never encountered such a situation in the U.S., and we wouldn't need to spend this extra 300 dollars.

Booked automatic but got manual.

We were misled, booked a Passat station wagon but ended up with a smaller, more fuel-consuming, less maneuverable 'American old car,' a Ford. We were told there were no other options and that changing cars would cost extra. Reluctantly, we eventually paid nearly twice as much to switch to a Mercedes GLC.

Pretty good.

Arrived early, could pick up the car.

It's okay, but I'm not sure when the deposit will be returned.

Like: A nice new car and very good customer service. Thank you.
Dislike: Debit card not accepted. A master card was okay

It's hard to rate. I had a lot of luggage, so I specifically rented a Peugeot 3008. Upon arrival, I was told they provided a similar model, a small BMW. The trunk was extremely small. I requested a larger trunk but was told there was no car of the same size available, and I had to pay extra. I ended up paying 150 francs more for a Honda, which was quite disheartening.

The rules are not user-friendly enough

No need to queue, good pickup service, average drop-off service attitude

Like: Simply everything: good value for money; staff very polite and extremely helpful; excellent fleet; simplicity and efficiency!!!
Dislike: Don’t have anything to point out.

Waited for half an hour. The staff claimed that the car I reserved wasn't ready and offered me a different, obviously inferior, brand. I did not accept.
