To pick up the car took over an hour and was outrageous.

Service was so bad

We arrived at midnight, and there was only one staff member. We had to wait for 2 hours, which was highly inefficient.

Loved it

The Chevrolet tahoe doesn't have enough space for 4 suitcases and 7 adults as advertised. The trunk is small we folded a chair and had to put luggage on us while driving. On previous trips we had the wagoneer and Ford expidition and they were both better. The front windshield glass was given to us with a small but annoying crack.

I'm very happy with qeeq. This is my third time booking with your site and I'm very happy with how smooth and easy the process is.

Dropping off was not a pleasant experience at all. I had to slightly change my drop off date, to an earlier date, but AVIS wanted to charge a higher rate for dropping off the car early.

Qeeq was a pleasant experience through and through. I saved a lot of money and my booking went through flawlessly.

Overall quite satisfied. The first car was slightly old, and the tire got a flat halfway, but I promptly replaced the vehicle nearby.

The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.

The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth.
