Car had previous renters tickets in the centre console which wasn't great. Otherwise a clean and great car.

There was nothing wrong with the car, however the experience wasn't a great one. There was only 1 (one) agent to check us in and it took us over one hour before we finally received our car. This is not the first time that this happened to me and I do not see any improvement on their end. It is a cheap car rental and the service shows that.

van was great. getting van took along time. another friend rented a van and was done 45 minutes before me.

Even though we arrived late at night, and there were not many customers there, we had to wait in line and then at the desk for over an hour. The service was extremely slow, and not explanation was ever given for why it took so long. I would hate think what the experience would have been if it had been crowded. Also, we were surprised -- not in a good way -- that we were given a diesel car. Diesel is more expensive and not available at every gas station. This should be noted as a possibility in the rental process, just like manual transmission or any other unusual feature.

Was not happy with front counter lady she was rude and did not care how she inconvenienced us and offered no solutions to problem

Speedier check in process would have been helpful. More employees providing directions to locate vehicles would have been helpful.

Our pickup location in Phoenix was low on vehicles so we had an extended wait time (over 30 minutes) and ended up receiving a free upgrade to a premium model 4-door sedan and a discount voucher for a future rental. Staff was apologetic and very friendly. Our drop-off in Salt Lake City was a breeze -- staff took our key and we were on our way in under a minute. Great experience. We will rent from Dollar again.

Wait time was kind of long. Friendly counter staff made up for the wait. My Jeep Cherokee was awesome.

The car was amazing. They gave us a choice of many different cars and we were able to choose one that was much nicer than what we expected. Everything went really well.

The Avis staff at Phoenix pickup fraudulently tried to charge me for breakdown cover in the full knowledge that it was covered by package. I only managed to get it refunded by having an argument with the manager at the return location.

Staff were nice but they didn’t provide all the details and expectations I had to ask lots questions.

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

Car was dirty on inside, out of windshield wiper fluid so I had to refill myself. Not super professional when I went to get the car at the lot. However the gentleman at the counter who helped with payment was nice. He waived a fee since when I booked through easy rent cars.com they screwed up the dates of my rental that I prepaid.

Staff at counter was so nice and I was able to start nice trip.

I didn’t get any discount protector this time but nice system to have that. Hope I get discount next time.
