Like: new car, nice staff, fast pick-up

Car was great value, so basic (but not expecting a Royce Royce!) Clean, enough power in the engine, did the job. (One issue that may have turned into a problem - the starter was a bit unpredictable, but always got the car going eventually - told Surprice on returning the vehicle.

Smooth booking process - price comparator kicked in to discount further, which was great!

Car condition was very bad. You can't give that car to customer. Very long time to wait for pickup. But other things are very good.

Regarding this car rental: 1) When I went to pick up the car, I wanted to use a Visa card with a UnionPay logo as previously agreed upon, but the staff said this card could only be used for payment and not as a guarantee. They insisted I pay 73 euros for insurance, which we haven't experienced in other countries. 2) The staff had a bad attitude.

Voiture livrée avec voyant de charge de batterie en alerte voyant rouge (jusque là on peu comprendre) mais il a fallu négocier pour une autre voiture avec insistance et subir des explications incohérentes du type "c'est normal la voiture est neuve", "elle reste parquée parfois longtemps" ... toujours agréable de se faire prendre pour un imbécile ! Après une deuxième heure d'attente nous avons pu obtenir un autre véhicule. Comme annoncé sur la plate forme on nous à proposer une assurance supplémentaire correspondant à 4 fois le prix de la location.

Réservation fluide et simple.

the babychair was dirty and needed to be cleaned, the car wasnt a new one and engine management light and oil light kept flashing on and off, worrying especially when in a foreign country and no idea how to speak the local language. also there was many additions to the price quoted that pushed the cost way too high. also no directions and was not easy to find the site.

There was basically no waiting in line, nice little place!

Forced to buy insurance, bad attitude

Didn’t get met at the arrival hall barrier and had difficulty in locating pick up office.

Very easy straightforward booking process.

Car was old and various things did not work well. Passenger seatbelt did not tension, central locking did not work, and made a noise when cornering to the right. Worst car I have ever rented

We were upgraded to a larger car. It was dark so we could not check the bodywork with confidence, so checked it the next day in daylight and found minor dents from previous users. I photographed them and sent them to Surprice who replied promptly with thanks and confirmation that we would not be affected. Upon return, staff were gushingly helpful and pleasant. A positive contribution to the holiday experience.

There was quite a queue at the time because their counter services three companies, which leads to a high volume of orders. Each person needed to go through the rental details, taking about 10 minutes per person.

Good attitude

The service was arrogant, inefficient, and they rudely pressured us into buying the company's full insurance.

Navette à notre arrivée à l’aeroprt Nous conduisant au centre de location en 5 minutes. Par contre au comptoir on a essayé de nous vendre une assurance supplémentaire à 150€ pour éviter la caution à 1000€, les 242€ en cas de rayure, 100€ d’appel téléphonique en cas d’assistance, 142€ si le plein de carburant n’est pas fait. Nous avons résisté au discours «stressant » puisque easyrentcars comprend une assurance.

Plateforme de location très pratique, donnant tous les conseils notamment de ne pas prendre d’assurance supplémentaire au comptoir de location.

Perdu en sortant de l aéroport ,on ne savait pas ou récupérer la voiture(on a tourné 1 heure sur le parking des loueurs) pas de bureau,obligé de téléphoner pour avoir quelqu un.Voiture conforme à ce que nous avons loué mais sièges sales(tache de sel)voiture toutes rayées et abîmées

Le loueur a tenté de nous vendre une assurance complémentaire et nous a vendu un supplément. Flex soit disant pour rendre le véhicule avec un réservoir non plein et à l'arrivée ce n'était plus ça ; c'était une charge de fonctionnement ! Golden car n'est pas sérieux ni recommandable

Fonctionnement service OK

I had to wait over 1 hour to get the vehicle and this is after all the process of signing the contract (which was another 30 minute). They made me wait outside in the middle of the street in the wind for over 1 hour and then gave us a very old van in terrible conditions
