Excellent in car continueation

Персонал особо не содействовал в возврате авто, пришлось 6 раз вокруг аэропорта навернуть, за то знаю досконально окрестности! Почему залог не вернули???

The car was a very small fiaT not Fiat Panda and I had to pay extra 150 euro to get a bigger car!!! I though I reserved an economy car with more space

When I returned the car, I was asked where the back tray is, and telling me I will have to pay a fine, since it was missing. I answered it wasn't there when I picked the car and the guy said I should have mentioned it when they gave me the car. A part which you cannot see is missing. eventually they "let us go"...

The service was very friendly.

Damn, always charging money

The process of picking up the car took too long. There was a very long queue that moved very slowly. When we were finally served the person, although very nice and helpful, answered the phone while assisting us and had a 10 min conversation with another customer. He also was interrupted by other members of staff and had to stop serving us to speak to them - not great customer service!

Had booked Ford Focus and got Citron C4 which was smaller as such we faced problem with the luggage space. Thought the staff could have been more supportive in allocating a bigger car since the car we booked was not available. The pick-up location is to mins by shuttle. its a Hassle to carry your luggage up to the car pick-up location.

Previously reported an issue where a change in my rental order led to a change in pick-up time, so the company wouldn't process it early. They also said they didn't have the car I booked. When the time came, they gave me a car from the same group, but its condition was very poor! The car was parked in the farthest corner of the garage. I noted that the damage to the right side mirror affected driving safety. The first African-American staff member immediately agreed to change the car, but then a short Caucasian staff member came and disagreed. He tried to fix it but it was still broken. I insisted on my stance, and eventually, the African-American staff upgraded me to a Ford SUV. I appreciate it.

Didn't actually rent. They said my translated Australian authorization was expired; very picky.

Extremely dissatisfied with Greenmotion's service; I will never choose this rental company again.

the service of green motion is poor ,specially after service

Only issue with car was that cleanser used prior to our rental was pretty strong and bothered my wife who is sensitive to strong smells.

All went well.

Only one staff member, and the waiting time was very long, more than thirty minutes.
