I chose this company because they advertised airport pickup. However, no one was there to pick us up, and we couldn't find anyone. After several phone calls, we found a queue, but the person couldn't find our reservation. After a long discussion, we had to take a shuttle bus outside to get the car... Very different from what was described!
Completely unable to communicate. Is an IDP obtained by overseas students not recognized? Ridiculous. At another car rental company, I rented a car without any issues.
The rental route suggested by online users is totally accurate! After exiting the airport, walk for 2 minutes to 11B. The staff will give you a number tag, and a free shuttle bus will take you to the office.
