Just outside the domestic terminal, there is a pickup point for TIMES shuttle buses across the lane. The buses come approximately every ten minutes, making it very convenient. The staff at the pickup location provided a thorough explanation.

The staff at the Meirong Bridge location who spoke Chinese had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in Japan. From start to finish, there was no greeting or smile. They treated other guests the same way, making me question if this is the right attitude for service industry workers. However, at the airport return location, the service was excellent and the attitude was great.

As soon as we exited the airport, we were greeted by Times staff holding a sign, and the shuttle took less than 5 minutes to reach the Times building for car pickup. The staff quickly completed the paperwork and handed over the car. Overall, very satisfied.

Highly recommended, a reputable company with excellent service. No need to queue for pick-up and drop-off, just a short wait for the shuttle bus. Very close to the airport terminal, only a 2-3 minute drive.

Typical okinawan/ Japanese service. Very efficient and courteous. I stayed in touch with them on LINE messenger and they picked us up from the airport swiftly. Took us to the car. Checked documents and away we went. The Honda FIT is a great car, very economical and compact but surprisingly big inside. I would definitely recommend these and I will be using them again. The deal clincher for me was the no deposit. I don't use credit cards abroad.
