Overall, a thumbs up for this rental. Very nice!

The staffs were helpful and efficient. They were holding our name at the airport arrival hall which made us fspot them easily. Cars were clean. Pleasant experience!

they said it will have a guy holding the name card just outside of the arrival hall, PLEASE do remember to have a phone number in malaysia, or at least have a wifi or using their SIM card there, and get contact by using whatsapp or something like that. it was a terrible experience that i gave them the flight number and when I go out, no one there, try to find anybody looks like picking up customer, but no use. need to contact them by phone, and they did come to the airport,but stay outside of it, if just sending whatsapp might cause you a lot of time, but if you don't have a phone, this is the only way you can do, unless you don't need the car.

hope that the detail shown in your confirmation are correct, as I didn't see anybody waiting for me outside with a name card.

People were friendly and very easy to deal with. The process couldn’t have been simpler. Please replace the two bald front tires — not very safe on wet roads.

Car was exactly what i had expected. Pickup staff was very helpful in explaining, pickup of car was done very fast and smoothly! Drop off was easy as well. Car was in good condition and clean! Highly recommend!

Car was not new, but it was serviceable. Process was not difficult at airport but not made crystal clear beforehand.

All 4 tyres is lack of air. When driving to Berjaya hotel through the hill road, I experienced some minor sliding at the corner. It's dangerous. Afterwards, find out all the 4 tyres is ~100psi air pressure. Sea safari should ensure the tyres are in sufficient air before hand over to customer.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. One of the staff members was almost threatening and I was about to call the police. Vehicle in shabby condition damaged and dented exterior and shabby interior. AC hardly working despite engine running for 35 min. I was blackmailed into accepting an ‘upgrade’ to a vehicle of exactly the same spec but newer and with a working AC but was charged extra in cash. Second driver not added as per booking.

The car pick up location mentioned a staff in red near Maybank , Langkawi airport isn’t very big , we couldn’t find the Maybank at all . End up we had to call the staff and then realise that it’s CIMB bank . Then why state Maybank ?

I contract them and they already got the car ready outside Airport.

Easy access.

The van given does not have enough power with high fuel consumption and spoiled fuel meter. So, the staff has claimed that we had not pump any petrol but only refunded us the deposit after driving for 5 mins to the petrol station to ensure that the petrol has been filled to full tank and the fuel meter started to move.

We had an upgrade to a van which was good.

The rental process is simple and fast. The staff even helped with check-in.

Very good and convenient, both picking up and returning the car were simple without any unnecessary trouble.

There is no pickup counter but you just need to look out for the guy in green uniform. We were an hour early from booking time and he was there waiting. Good service and the car is in good condition.

Easy to use

While picking up the car, it is easy to identify the staff on the counter, however, when dropping off the car, the staff was wearing a normal T-shirt. It was hard to know that person is representing Samavest.
