The rental company is too far from the airport

Pretty bad. The main problem is that the car we rented, was not available even after paying in advance. And they offer a down grade. Refused to give any similar or higher grade car. It was like a joke. At the end, they told me if I didn’t like what they had, I could leave. Like a joke. The guys at drop off, were great! Very kind!

No me hicieron válido el seguro contestado en la aplicación , y si no contrataba el que ellos me ofrecían no podía acceder al vehículo Con respecto al vehículo, en buenas condiciones y funcionamiento y la atención buena

The persons working in hertz was very unpleasant !!!

No respetaron el tipo de auto que se reservó y cobraron muchísimo más por la renta de lo que había reservado. Fué un fraude, no vuelvo a hacer reservaciones ni con uds. ni con europcar

No horario la reserva. Llegamos 1 hora después del "pick-up time", por el tiempo que esperamos las maletas, el shuttle a su oficina, etc. Dijeron que como llegamos tarde, ya no tenían la unidad (era claro que ya no tenían coches). Nos ofrecieron otro coche por tan solo 2 veces más de lo que ya habíamos pagado. No ofrecen alternatives, son completamente inflexibles. No caigan en la trampa de reservar algo que se ve a muy buen precio. No respetan la reserva

El auto no estaba en buenas condiciones, todas las funciones eléctricas de ventanas, espejos y cámaras del lado derecho no funcionaban lo que hizo el manejo un poco más complicado, además el auto estaba mal alineado

The vehicle's condition wasn't great. The engine warning light came on while driving, the wipers were almost unusable, and the door lights didn't work well. The main issue was: the insurance claimed on the rental order wasn't included (though I had bought full insurance). It didn't cover even the most basic theft, collision, or any amount of protection... I had to keep calling home to sort this out but got nowhere! It wasted a lot of my time, and I was charged an extra $20 late check-in fee at my accommodation because of this. The rental cost also didn't match; the prepayment wasn't recognized by the rental company, and I had to sort it out again after returning home...

The staff forced me to take out Civil Liability Insurance, even though it was included

Todo fue muy rápido y con excelente atención, solo que me ofrecieron un seguro de cobertura total en el mostrador (no lo contrate) debido a que en mi reserva con qeeq agregué cobertura total.
