The pickup desk in the hotel lobby just across the airport.

We arrived at the airport at 1 PM and had arranged to meet the client in the afternoon. We began anxiously waiting for the car. After approximately 2 hours of being told '10 more minutes' each time we called, the car finally arrived and it wasn't the one I had booked. It was too small to fit our luggage! After waiting for 2 hours, we got a car that didn't meet our needs. Zuzuche said they would replace the car, so we started waiting again. Meanwhile, the client was urging us to meet. By then, it was past 3 PM, then 4 PM, and we were exhausted. The men stood in the cold wind waiting, constantly being told it would be another 10 minutes, so we had to keep watching outside in the cold. The women stayed in the airport with the luggage, which was also exhausting. By 5 PM, they offered us a pickup truck instead of the SUV I had ordered, forcing us to put our luggage in the truck bed, which isn't feasible in rainy weather. Our male team members were getting sick from the cold, one female member became physically unwell and had to take emergency heart medication, and we couldn't wait any longer. We had to go to the hospital urgently. This delay cost us a lot in time and resources and ruined our client meeting. The experience was a nightmare! The car rental ruined our schedule and caused health issues, and we didn’t even get a refund. We are planning to report this to the consumer protection agency!

I've booked intermediate vehicle which was shown Skoda Octavia but instead you,the agent book with enterprise compact vehicle. I was with big bags and boogie so I had to pay extra for upgrade to bigger vehicle.

Despite I dropped the car back during office working hours nobody showed up to inspect her. 8 hours after I returned her, she was still not checked in. I had to call the office to remind them to check in my rented car.

Requested a Peugeot 308 but got a BMW 320 Touring instead, very nice.

This is a scam. The rental was supposed to be 280, but when I arrived, they asked for 3600. If you don't pay, you don't get the car. Be very careful and avoid renting from cheap companies in Poland. This rental company is truly terrible.

When we arrived at the rental company, they forcibly insisted on buying full insurance, which cost more than double our original rental fee, or they wouldn't give us the car.

AutoUnion is a fraudulent company targeting foreign tourists. After the vehicle inspection, they withheld my deposit without a reasonable explanation. The 88 yuan per day rental fee is indeed cheap, but their real target is your deposit.

Renting a car in Europe is too troublesome, but it's unavoidable for traveling.

Explanation of location is missing!

There was an error information for the place of the pick-up! That is unacceptable! That was the reason for the long pick-up time. However, the final renter - who was trying to find me - was very kind in the situation.

QEEQ.COM's service was excellent! I had contacted them on my stressful situation at pick-up and - half a globe away, from LA - a kind person made my contact with the renter possible!

The rental process was smooth.
