Everything was good

Car was excellent, it was all spoilt by the counter staff on pickup. I was lied to about how my excess insurance wasn’t as good as OKRentacars insurance as my insurance cost less. I was then guided to a term on my insurance around requiring a police report to log a claim and told that I couldn’t always get one. When I pointed out the police report is only required for an accident where the police are called the member of staff was annoyed that her trick didn’t work and started moaning at me in Spanish, very unprofessional.

Worked well, nice and easy. Shame about the car provider.

Car was great, however we found the waiting time at the desk was quite long. Also when we reached the car, I noticed the car was short of ad blue, so we had to wait longer again. On returning, there was a lady waiting to take the keys from us who was very friendly. All in all it was an excellent experience

The car had quite a few scuffs other then the ones mentioned, but I've told the staff and updated them. No issues when returning the vehicle.

Rude counter staff. Was only able to get price for additional young driver at desk not when booking. Told it would be extra 200 Euro. Price for car hire was £104. Extortionate. Will not use again.

Excellent service, supportive staff on the phone.

The wait for the car was unacceptable, especially as the wait was only to be directed to an electronic machine to enter my details myself. No apologies made for the wait, and limited instructions on how to return the car. I did get a free upgrade to a bigger car, however a bigger car in Malaga town centre is not that easy to fit into the tight spaces. It was very good value for money though at only £4.50 for 6 days, can't complain about that! Drop off was quick and easy, and thankfully all the car rental drop-offs are in the same place in the airport.

Terrible service and poor quality car. Heaped on charges at rental office and doubled the cost of the hire.

Car segment was upgraded without any additional fee, staff was really informative and helpfull.

Booking process was smooth and easy. After initial booking price was recalculated and ended up with some saving from initial price.c

First option ever

It was very confusing to find the place where we had to take the shuttle from the airport. It took us almost an hour to find the place since on our tickets it was written that the car was to be picked up at the airport.

Was unable to use this rental due to check-in staff insisting on their own (very expensive ) insurance. Instead we booked an alternative at the airport.

We waited over an hour to have a member of staff attend to us during pick up. When I finally had someone they were nice but weren’t clear on anything at all really. The car wasn’t anything like the car we were promised and it was due a service and oil change. That alone is disgraceful to allow someone to hire your car without it being up to standard. When returning the car my wife asked for help and was completely ignored. We were only trying to drop off the car so that kind of response is just not on. Poor all round.

The car was average but what was really annoying was the inability to pay the deposit via debit card or Amex. This meant having to pay the excess premium insurance. Very frustrating. Would go with another provider. The car also had warning lights on when we departed and wasn't clean.

Car was in poor condition, badly cleaned. The staff was not friendly at all.

I am still waiting for the deposit unblocking after returning the car. Hope all will be ok. The car received was a free upgrade compared to what I booked so it was very nice.
