Car broke down after 3 days. Budget made us pay for insurance that we already purchased with Qeeq. They said the qeeq insurance was not valid.

Booking was good. Paying for insurance twice (once when booking with qeeq and second time at budget counter). Budget would not accept qeeq insurance package and would not allow us to take the car without their insurance.

Todo funcionó muy bien, de hecho queríamos haber reservado otro coche para el fin de semana que viene, pero los precios han subido muchísimo y no nos lo podemos permitir. Deberían mantenerse precios bajos con seguro premium.
El coche olía a tabaco.
Una puerta del coche estaba mal, hacía muchísimo ruido al abrirla/cerrarla. Muy incómoda durante todo el viaje.
El bus de cortesía que me debía llevar desde el aeropuerto hasta recordgo, tardó 25 minutos
The car was newer than the one on the website, although I didn't know the brand. It was quite new and good. Even though there was an issue in the middle, they replaced it at the store and even gave us a discount.
Satisfied overall. If you buy domestic insurance, you'll need to pay a 1400 EUR deposit when picking up the car. Both pickup and drop-off are troublesome, so I had to purchase foreign insurance instead.
Todo muy bien, muy buen servicio y excelente atención de los empleados.
Lo único a mejorar fue que en la entrega del auto No estaba el tanque lleno como decía el co trato.
Y yo lo devolví Lleno total.

Interrent is very persistent in selling extra insurance and fully charges the security deposit on your credit card. It’s a heavy process and should be done as a preauthorisation only. Moreover the deposit is charged in the currency of your credit card (eg. USD) and refunded in EUR so you lose on exchange rate significantly

excellent vehicle and service, only issue was that the office was not opened until 8AM, consequently we had to drop the vehicle off early, i.e., the night before, then taxi back to our hotel and taxi to the airport in the morning, at our extra cost and inconvenience.
The problem was resolved satisfactorily in the end. Very pleased! I will choose QEEQ again next time I travel abroad. Hope to communicate about the car model in advance.
