Everything was perfect.

Price drop protector did not work in my case. Rest all was good.

I was surprised that we rented a car from Goldcar through this system despite trying to avoid them like the plague as we had a very bad experience with Goldcar in the past. I guess this is just a way for them to trick people into renting with them. That said, we had a good experience this time around

I can understand promoting higher-end models for performance goals, but I don't agree with misleading information to sell upgrades.

The service attitude was okay, but the waiting time was extremely long. The first round of waiting took almost 20 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, I was told the car would take another 20 minutes to be ready. However, it took over an hour, and there wasn't even a place to sit during the wait because the Alamo rental office next to Seville train station is very small. Finally, after my strong request, they replaced the car with another one. They explained that they rarely have automatic cars and suggested I choose a manual car instead. After I accepted the manual car, I received the car smoothly.

There weren't many people in line, but it was strange that they required two credit cards as a guarantee at pickup.

Drop off took a matter of minutes. Was the perfect experience. Car was immaculate and brand new

I had a Smart for four, which was a nice car. Clean inside and comfortable. Staff were efficient

Easy to use

The vehicle had some recorded bodywork damage. There were a number of smaller areas of damage, but when I pointed these out the staff said not to worry and that if there was an issue at drop off to show the relevant photographs. The lady who check the car over at drop off was very pleasant and did not mention any of the minor damage I had been concerned about at pick up. There was an unexplained additional fee that was taken from the fuel deposit.

I have used Easyrentcars several times and find the site very easy to use and the response from the staff very helpful.

The car I received was not the same as the one I rented. I rented a BMW 1, but I got a Peugeot instead. There were additional fees as well, which made me feel cheated.

Had a scratch abroad, and no one ever picks up the phone.

It would of been helpful for someone to walk us thru the navigation and features on the car

Expect delays with Sunday morning pickups - apparently Alamo in Spain does a computer system reboot then so counter staff have to resort to semi-manual procedures.

Convenient pick-up and drop-off

The staff in Barcelona had a poor attitude, didn't go through the handover procedure, and handed the car to us with an empty fuel tank.

Car was a bit rough with loads of scratches but was ok for such a short rental

The pick up was not in the terminal but outside a car park with a courtesy bus to the site. We were an hour early but they wouldn’t let us collect the car ... we had to stand outside in the heat with nowhere to sit and no toilets or drinks available. Air con in the container office was broken so hot inside too. The car was badly scratched which wasn’t a problem but they hadn’t noted the damage under the front bumper, we had to point that out and request it was noted on the documents. Pressure selling for additional insurance.

Booking was good, price protector worked and dropped the price. But we didn’t receive any instructions re collection and had to phone and then wait for an email to know where to collect the car. Booking needs to be explicit about collection point. It was not in the terminal as indicated.

Communication in English is quite smooth, and the staff are patient. Not many people, the environment is good.

Long queues

The service was excellent, and they even helped explain the mistake with my car reservation.
