Car took a long time to get as agent was trying to sell us extras we didn’t know we hadn’t paid for and to upgrade us even though we didn’t want to.

Counter staff was very helpful.

We waited for the shuttle service to the rental car area for over an hour. Very unapologetic.

They had the pick up time wrong. Said they didn't have the car I requested (we'd have to wait 8 hours). so we had to upgrade. Gave us the wrong car. Took 20 min. extra to redo paper work

I've always used them will use again, except last experience was not good.

Car had lots of scratches and damages and not so clean from inside.

Car was clean and performed well in the mountains even though it was not an SUV.

Two people at the counter 40 people in line 1st two cars were unacceptable came back the next day and got a decent car. Only excepted the second car the night before because they ran out of cars!

I would never go through Fox Rent A Car again. It was my first and last. I spent 2 hours standing in line to get the car(I have been renting for 50 years) and the most I have ever spent would probably 15 minutes. I did not even get the class of vehicle I reserved. According to others waiting in line , this was a common problem. I asked them how could they ever do it again. When we checked in the car 4 days later , people were waiting at least an hour in line to get a car and it was late morning on a weekday.

You were fine. I would never choose Fox or any other non- name brand vehicle again on your platform

I had to take 3 different cars until I got one that had no problems. In addition, my contract spoke of a car and did not make local consultations, pushing it into a lower value car. Service was poor for employees, despite the difficulty of finding them when they were having trouble getting a car that was working properly.

The truck was brilliant. The staff were helpful and as I was very nervous about renting abroad for the first time they really helped me feel at ease. It wasn't the driving but the pick up and drop off that worried me and the staff made that really easy

I was worried about booking online with a third paty but it was very easy ad I would use the company again, it really helped to find the right vehicle at the right price

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

Long queue while pickup

The shuttle worked well. Our customer service representative at Dollar was professional and straightforward. She didn't try to upsell on any additional protection. It was great!
