The counter staff for both drop off and pick up were great!

They provided a pickup truck, which was exactly what I needed. Excellent!

Received smaller vehicle than anticipated. Ford Fiesta is not equivalent to Ford Focus. Additional charges were made that were not part of the reservation online!

The truck we rented exceeded our expectations! It had 5000 miles on it and was a dream. We used it to move some household items.

QEEQ was too good to be true! I had never heard of it before so I thot it was a scam...I wasnt sure. But...it outperformed all those other search engines and took me right where I needed to go. I got the rate I wanted, the exact rental I wanted and the service was excellent!

Upon arrival to collect the vehicle on December 5, I faced a delay of approximately 35 minutes. This was due to the unavailability of a suitable vehicle, despite making a reservation well in advance. The first vehicle I was given had an expired vehicle registration. I only discovered this when told by the SCDMV. Exchanging to a legal vehicle required me to take unpaid time off work, which hasn't been compensated. More than 6 other vehicles also had expired registrations. To top it off, I was then charged (and subsequently refunded after complaining) because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative.

Long delay picking up the vehicle. Wanted to use it to take my state driving test, but the first vehicle had no registration document. Budget told me to go back to the pickup location to have one issued. But they could not do it, so swapped the vehicle (after checking many others to find a legal one). Counter staff were great, the operations and support staff behind them absolutely not. To top it off, I was then charged because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative. I'm currently waiting for a response to a formal complaint.

I've asked QeeQ to help resolve the complaint, but as yet this hasn't been resolved. Support has been 'ok' but I have had better experiences in the past.

The service is good. It takes only a few minutes to complete all the processes and get the car.

The vehicle condition is worse compared to Hertz.
